The use of adapters is not supported. If you must use an adapter, get a better quality adapter.
What is your processor model number?
What is your laptop model number?
What version of windows 10? 1909?

win10 1909, i3-4000M, Model number - I don't know - how and why would I need to know?
Figured that there might be some soft that could convert VGA signal into digital, suitable for hdmi output?. My VGA to HDMI is:
Output: 1x VGA DB15 female without nuts, VESA up to WUXGA, 1920x1080 at 60hz + 3,5mm stereo jack. Input: 1xHDMI 19pin male
Chipset CH7101

Well, you should know the model number of your laptop and who made it.
Not all adapters will work, which is why that are not supported. Get a good adapter, and a good cable.
