Laptop's brightness keeps changing and I cannot find its settings

My laptop does not have a brightness sensor, hence, it does not have the "automatic brightness" checkbox in the Windows settings.

Checking on the internet, it might be because of the Intel power saving mode. Indeed, the brightness changes accordingly to the content of the display (if it's a dark scene it gets less bright and vice versa). So I followed this guide: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000039392/graphics/graphics-for-8th-generation-intel-processors.html but my Intel Graphics Control Panel does not have any buttons in the "Power" menu (see attachment). How can I resolve this issue? Thank you in advance.
