Hello Abhishek14,

To better assist you, I need to gather some additional information. Could you please answer the following questions?

  1. Has this issue occurred before?
  2. Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me?
  3. May I know the origin of the game (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?
  4. Have you updated the game version or any related applications recently?
  5. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to fix the issue?
  6. Have you tried rolling back to the previous graphics driver version?
  7. Could you provide screenshots or recordings of the issue so I can clearly see what’s happening?

Providing this information will help me diagnose the system more accurately and check for available solutions. Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

@Abhishek14

It sounds like you're experiencing crashes with demanding applications and games due to a "Driver Power State Failure." This issue is often related to driver conflicts or power settings.

A few suggestions to try:

 Ensure your Intel Arc A370M and Intel Iris Xe Graphics drivers are fully up-to-date. You can use Intel’s Driver & Support Assistant to automatically find the latest versions.

Try adjusting your Windows power settings to "High Performance" to prevent the system from putting devices into low-power states.

 Make sure your system is running the latest Windows updates, as they often include fixes for stability issues.

If the crashes started after a recent update, try rolling back to an earlier version of the graphics driver to see if it resolves the issue.

Have you also tried running these apps using the Intel Iris Xe graphics instead of the Arc GPU? If you haven't already, that could help identify whether the issue is specific to the Arc A370M. Let me know how it goes!
