Mercenaries 2 water graphics glitch (HD 3000)

Hi,

I have an hp laptop with core i3 2330m processor, running windows 7 64bit, 6gb of memory, intel graphics driver 2361.

There is a glitch with the game mercenaries 2: world in flames, as I enable Water Effects in the advanced video options, reflections on the water turn to blue and the fps takes a dip.

I have tried various versions of the intel hd graphics driver (2361, 2509, 2559 and 2476 rev A by Hp), and all of them produced the same problem.
