Merhaba intel pentium n3700 işlemci ve hd graphics kullanıyorum tüm ayarları performans yapmama ve senkronizasyon (vsync) kapatmama rağmen oyunlarda 30 fps e sabitleniyorum ve buna rağmen gpu kullanımı %60 ta kalıyor. Yardımcı olursanız çok memnun olurum

Please run the following tool and attach the report generated. 

1. Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) 

1. Intel® SSU Download link 
2. Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". 
3. Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". 
4. To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

Questions:

• What are the games that reach 30FPS?
• Was working higher before? what is your target on FPS?
• What is the resolution that you are using on the games?
