Meteor Lake - 165U - DXVA HEVC

Please enable or add DXVA compatibility for HEVC_VLD_Main decoding on the Meteor Lake 165U processor. The hardware is capable of HEVC decoding, but it is currently not exposed or functional in DXVA Checker.

...the hardware indeed supports HEVC decoding, but it this functionality isn't currently exposed or functional in DXVA Checker Intel's Meteor Lake architecture includes the Xe Media Engine, which supports various codecs, including HEVC. keeping your drivers are up-to-date can help in enabling this functionality. Running "VCEEncC64.exe --check-features" says the GPU is 10-Bit AV1 Encode capable, but not 10-Bit AV1 Decode capable even though the hardware
