Meu PC fica dando leves travadas

Alguém poderia me ajudar?

Processador: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70GHz

Placa-mãe: B150 PRO GAMING D3

Hello Jardson_Samuel,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I understand that your PC locks randomly, it happens to your system, mouse, and sound, is that correct? If not, please provide more details.

Additionally, in order to have more informtation from your system, please provide the following:

1. When your system locks, does it also crash or show any error message? Please explain.

2. Otherwise, do you see any message in the Windows event viewer? If yes, please provide them, you can use this link for guidance: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/host-integration-server/core/windows-event-viewer1

3. Do you remember making any changes before the issue started?

4. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report generated:

  • Open the application, check the "Everything" box, and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
  • Use the option under the reply window to attach the report to the thread (Drag and drop here or browse files to attach).

5. Run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool and send the results either in a screenshot or .txt file. To save the report, once the test is done, click on "File >> View Results File" and attach the .txt file to your reply.
