You are correct. There is no more Intel Graphics Control Panel (IGCP) item in the context menu. This is a result of Microsoft request. Since the old Intel Legacy Graphics Driver was replaced by the new Intel DCH Graphics Driver, the IGCP is no available any more. Now the IGCP was replaced by Intel Graphics Command Center (IGCC) and you may dispatch it from the Start Menu under letter "I".
In case that you don't find in the Start Menu the IGCC, you may download it from Microsoft Store.

I can’t find Intel graphics control panel
But this software is installed in the Windows menu of my laptop (INTEL GRAPHICS COMMAND CENTER)

You are welcome. Now you may use Intel Graphics Command Center, it replaces the IDCP.
