I'm trying to install a gesture control device and the installation screen is black. The support desk for the device said the following:
The black screen displayed in Myo Connect is a rendering issue typically caused by out of date display adapter drivers. From your attached screenshot it looks like your currently installed display driver (8.15.10.1883) is out of date. Can you please try updating the display adapter driver from Intel? I believe the latest version for the Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
When I try to update from Intel site it tells me, ""The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufactuerer. Setup will exit."
Toshiba is NO HELP... Does someone know how I can update the driver?
Thanks!

Hello Scatghadi, thanks for joining the Intel Community.
We always recommend customers to download and install the drivers provided by the system manufacture, in your case from Toshiba, since our drivers are generic drivers and sometimes these cannot be installed on other systems or the installation of them could overwrite their customizations and possibly change the functionality of the graphics.
You can try to install ours by forcing the installation and performing manual procedure, however I cannot assure you they are going to work as expected.
See here for instructions: http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm Graphics Drivers — Computer manufacturer graphics driver detected
The latest driver available for the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for G41 Express Chipset from our side is version 2869

You can give it try, however we cannot assure you it will work as expected.

Thank you Sylvia. I attempted the solution you presented however, I continue to see the following message, "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date." It clearly is NOT up tp date since 8.15.10.1883 reminas?!?!?!

I would recommend you to check with Toshiba if they have a driver version available for your system. It looks like our drivers cannot be installed on it.
