I recently bought an ARC A 770 with 16 GB, my Monitor is a DELL 3008wfp .
After installing the driver the highest possibly res was 1.920x1.200. With my Geforce 980ti the 2.560x1.600 was no problem. The cable to the monitor is a display port to HDMI 4k
Any ideas ?
Thanks!

Hello Faellix411,
Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I will be happy to assist you. Given that your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics cannot be configured to achieve a resolution of 2560x1600. Please respond to the following inquiries so that we can better understand the problem:
- Is the graphics card an Intel Branded Card or is it of another brand?
- Are you using a display adapter or docking station to connect the display?
- To know your system environment, download and attach the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU) report, you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

Hello Faellix411,
Thank you for your response and for all the information provided.
I see on the Intel® SSU, that your system is up to date, please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- Did you clean install the graphics driver with the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before installing the driver 31.0.101.5084? Otherwise, follow the article How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
- Test another port of the graphics card and test another cable to check if the issue only happens with the HDMI port.

Hello,
I had used the DDU and just did again. No effect.
The display port only showed a blue screen with my DP to hdmi cable, all 3 DP ports of the card set the res to 1920x1200 and I had used another HDMI to HDMI cable before, same result.
The Geforce was connected to the DVI port, but I don´t have an adapter for that cable to conect to the card.
Thanks

Hello Andres P.
I bought an adapter for my DVI cable to the HDMI slot of the card, same thing, I can only set the resolution to 1920x1080. Although now I get offered a 1920x1440 (4:3)...

Hello Andres.
I finally heard from the ACER support. He said, I need a DP to DP cable, since "the graphics card is designed to be used with direct connections, HDMI to HDMI or Displayport to Displayport."
So I ordered a dp to dp cable, I´ll let you know, when it arrives and I´ve tested it.
Thanks again for all your help.
PS: Is there a survey, where I can evaluate your help?

Hello Andres.
Sorry it took so long, the cable is finally here. I had my PC running and turned off the monitor, while switching cables.
When I turned it back on, I could immediately see, the resolution was set to 2560x1600, which is now the recommended setting by windows.
Thanks again for all your help!
