Update:
When I rolled back to my old driver, I had no issues whatsoever.
My current Windows OS is: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Build: 22631.4037
I am not using a Windows Insider Build of Windows.
I have to restart my pc and must press CTRL + ALT + DELETE to get to the Windows screen and I'm able to get to my desktop ONLY INTERMITTENTLY.
The Black screen still persists

Are you using a laptop or desktop?, If desktop means, set Primary display output as auto in bios
If a hybrid graphics laptop means, setting Nvidia primary
