The fact that everyone is against Windows 8 again, because MS thinks they can dictate what the developers want to do, shows that they will fly with it again on the face. History repeats ... Ex: Has MS tried the last round on Win Phone 7 by allowing C # / VB as the only languages. I was at two developer meetings where MS asked at the end of their presentation who of the developers is planning to develop on WP7 and everyone has said he will not because of language limitations. WP8 has now again normal C ++ and Direct3D (if anyone here asks why Lumia WP7 phones now but does not get Win8 ...) But in itself I hope MS continues their stubborn tour. MacOSX is getting better and more popular, Linux is also getting more (eg all games from the Humble Indie Bundle, Steam), and Analyste see in the half arm version rather a customer fright, if they realize that Win8 RT can neither do that, which is why you use Windows eg many Word features, nor can it be enough for iOS in the least, especially when it comes to the variety of apps goes. Companies, for example, because the server starts with MetroUI and developers say they will skip this generation, as at Vista.
