My drivers are not updating and are stuck at 0% from the past 1 hr

i have uninstalled the updater and downloaded it many times but still it wont update i saw in a post that it might happen due to an antivirus known as malwarebytes and yes i had so i completely wiped it off my laptop and then deleted and reinstalled the intel support assist and it still is stuck . and by the way its an graphics driver update i have added an attachment (picture) as reference pls can anybody tell me a fix. thank you.

yes i got the fix for anyone still stuck here it is :1)download the zip.file of the update you need if you dont know which intel graphics card or gen follow this vid https://youtu.be/tti6XyzthIk.

2)extract the zip file

40just restart your laptop and our done
