Não consigo instalar a atualização de gráficos para i7 5500 mesmo sendo a recomendação da intel gostaria de saber o porque e se mais alguém teve o mesmo problema

Is this the driver you are trying to install?

What is the model number of your laptop?

Does it have DUAL graphics?

What version of Windows 10 are you running? 1909? 1903 (with all updates)?

Recommendation from Intel? You mean with IDSA?
