NBA 2K23 Neighborhood Deck Switch Crash Issue

I've been facing a recurring problem in NBA 2K23 for almost a year. Whenever I try to switch decks in the Neighborhood, the game crashes. Using DXVK helps but affects performance. This issue didn't occur with an NVIDIA card, and it's making MyCareer mode unplayable. Need help fixing this to enjoy the game properly and NBA picks.
