NCQ support on PM55 with Intel 5 sata AHCI controller?

I just noticed that my 4K QD32 is the same as 4K benchmark. NCQ is supported on SSD, but not working correctly. Any ideas?

Motherboard Name: Toshiba Qosmio X505

South Bridge: Intel Ibex Peak-M PM55

Controller: Intel(R) 5 Series 6 Port SATA AHCI Controller

Intel RST driver installed.
