Hi there,
Sorry but I have been away so cannot reply to my previous thread in time before you closed it.
td-p/1609387
I have done a video of the issue as requested and have attached it to this post.
I am curious as ON1 claimed they have reported the issue to your team so you should be aware of the issue right?
Regard,
dsldsl

Hello,
We will discuss this with our driver development team and as soon as I have news about it, I'll be sharing them here. I'll forward the answer you got from ON1 as well.

I checked your original post and info shared and went ahead to try to reproduce the issue so I was able to provide actionable data to our drivers team.
I have two systems, one very similar to yours (AMD 7700X, Arc A770, 32 GB RAM, Win11 home). Installed the latest version of PhotoRaw, 2024.5 (18.5.1.15726). I'm assuming it is the same as the paid version, but time-limited) and performed the same steps you shown in your video: open an image, select a face, add the eyes markers and then move the guides to fit the eyes shape. I did this and moved the guides a lot but I didn't get the app to crash.
Then I installed photoRAW in my other test system (Intel 13400, integrated graphics disabled, Arc A750, 16 GB RAM, Win10 home) and got the same result: no crash.
Finally I tested a laptop (Intel 1260P, Arc A370M, 16GB RAM, Win11 home) and no crashes either.
All systems were running driver 5972.
I tested one of the systems with driver 5994 and the app did crash. So, please update your driver and check if your system still fails with this new driver version.
Let me know your results.
