Native Resolution of Monitor not listed in Windows or Intel Graphics Command Center

I am using Windows 10 Pro with Intel Core i7-11700 Intel UHD 750. My monitor is a Viewsonic VA3456-MJHD WQHD with 3440 x 1440 resolution and 75Hz refresh rate. However, Windows or Intel Graphics Command Center has listed 2560x1080 as the recommended native resolution of the monitor and I am not getting an option for 3440 x 1440 resolution. Kindly help.

Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. In order to have a better understanding of the issue, please share with us the following information: 


  1. Was it working before? If so, when did the issue start happening?
  2. Have you tried using different refresh rates?
  3. Have you tried using ports and cables?
  4. Which port are you using to connect the monitor?
  5. Graphics report, open the Intel® Graphics Command Center (IGCC), in order to get the report please open IGCC, go to the support tab, select system diagnostic, click "generate report", save the file and attach it to your response. 


Also, please download and install the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- 

Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View". Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".  

Click on "Next", save the report and attach it to your response.

  3. Graphics report, open the Intel® Graphics Command Center (IGCC), in order to get the report please open IGCC, go to the support tab, select system diagnostic, click "generate report", save the file and attach it to your response.
