Hi
Support for Windows 2000 was ended several years ago. Intel no longer develops drivers for the Windows 2000 OS.

@reaper1992: you could try this unofficial intel hd graphics driver for win2000 made by http://blog.livedoor.jp/blackwingcat/archives/1165914.html this person (blog is in japanese language; contact him whether is kind of driver works or not under your win2k machine). but know this, you are on your own as Windows 2000 is an unsupported OS and you won't receive support from Intel - guaranteed!
