I have 2nd generation laptop graphic driver 3000/2000.
New version is 15..... but whenever I try to install version, it keep saying that it's installing version 9.. (the version that is already installed).
Why is that happening? and is there a solution to this?

The version of the file you downloaded is the package version (15.# .# .# ) while the first numbers on the version you have installed vary depending on the operating system and DirectX* support. You should have the latest version if the last four digits are the same.
