New PC with UHD 770 will not recognize 4K monitor

New Dell with 770 limits to 1920x1080. LG Ultrawide 34WP75C worked fine with PC that just died (also integrated graphics). Have followed every suggestion I can find online. Updated Graphics Command Center, tried every driver update possible. Any suggestions?

Note: No need to respond. A latest gen i-7 Dell desktop PC won't support higher than 1920 x 1200 on the basic HDMI 1.4b port.
