Hello always when I want to run V4 on the following computer, the game crashes for no apparent reason.
This is the equipment of the PC (new PC)
CPU : i5-7500
RAM: 16 GB RAM - DDR4
Graphics: Intel HD 630
The game loads, you can control the character briefly, and the game is gone.
As a comparison, I have another PC where the game runs, but this one is older.
This PC is equipped as follows: (old PC)
CPU: I3-4130
RAM 8 GB - DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD 4600
to the new PC, the latest drivers installed, it does run other DirectX 11 and 12 games.
It can not be that the game runs on an old computer, but crashes on a new one, although other Directx 11 and 12 games run. What is there, the problem
All benchmarks with the HD 630 run on 1280x720,
Clearly not fast, since it's not a gamer card, but they run.
What is the reason? Other games are running.
The strange thing on the old PC runs everything and this is worse equipped than the new PC?!?!

Actually, your i5-7500 is almost five years old.
So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Hi @AlHill,
I am aware that this CPU is 5 years old. Does not answer my question.
Probably you have not read the 2 paragraph, there I pointed out that the same game on an even older PC, here again the data:
CPU: I3-4130
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD 4400
Runs error free.
here again the link:
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/de/de/ark/products/77480/intel-core-i3-4130-processor-3m-cache-3-40-ghz.html
So I have to say, I can't do anything with your statement that my newer CPU (i5-7500) except the age statement.

You did say "This is the equipment of the PC (new PC) ".
And, I asked for additional information, which you did not provide.
Provide the additional information.

Hello Procus,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Did the game work before with your FUJITSU ESPRIMO D957?
2. Were both computers from the same band (FUJITSU)?
3. Did you get an error code when the game crash?
4. Can you take a video where we can see the issue?

Hello to the questions
1. the game crashes when I start it directly. The game can also run in parallel in Android, if I now run Memu on the PC, then the game runs without errors. Speak only in the emulator.
On the old computer, the game also runs natively in PC mode without the emulator.
2. the 2nd computer older computer, is not from Fujitsu.
3. an error message on the newer PC (Fujitsu) I do not get, the game starts (PC Version) , I can do something for a moment and then the game just stops. It closes completely. No error message, nothing.
As I said, I start the game in the Android version with Memu, the game runs for hours until I close it.
4. what format should the video file be? Shared link or upload directly (not more than 71 MB) ?
Thanks and greetings

Hello Procus,
Thanks for the information provided and to continue further, I would like to confirm the following:
1. What is the brand and model of the old laptop where the game used to work?
2. Can you provide us with steps to reproduce this issue?
3. The video can be directly uploaded to your next post (a short video) or you can attach a link (make sure that a password or special permission are not needed).

1. Here again the data of the Mini PC (old version) where the game runs,
also about the standard remote desktop. This one is not an obstacle here!
Data:
CPU: I3-4150
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD 4400 iGPU
again for comparison the new PC
CPU : i5-7500
RAM: 16 GB RAM - DDR4
Graphics: Intel HD 630 - iGPU
2.
This is what you see in the video, you start the game normally
you can do something for about 30 seconds and then the game is just off
No error messages in the Windows event logs, no critical messages etc.
I could only imagine that there are problems with the DirectX driver and the Intel driver.
It doesn't matter what resolution you set.
If I play the Android version with Memu (Android emulator), the game runs without any problems and that is
is more than surprising.

Hello Procus,
I tried to replicate this issue in our labs, however, I did not get the same results.
I have tried with both drivers (27.20.100.8681 and 30.0.101.1069) and you can see the video attached. My recommendation is to check with FUJITSU and check if there are any hardware/software issues, this is because they have a customized device they may need to run their own diagnostics.

Hi,
I just got around to watching the video today.
Yes, it's beautiful, even in "High" resolution.
The only question is what DVMT settings were used?
The HD 630 is an iGPU, so I would like to try the settings from your BIOS.
Shared memory and DVMT and what else was activated for the graphics card.
---
The Fujitsu Esprimo also uses the original Intel drivers.
I can also update these independently.
