No 1280 x 720 option

Hello, my LG L177ws monitor is 1280 x 720, but there is no such option in the settings of my Intel HD Graphics video card. Is there a custom driver to replace it?

We understand that you are not seeing the 1280 x 720 resolution on the display settings of your system. For me to properly address this concern, please share the details below.

 

1. Was this working before?

2. Did you make any recent changes to the system?

3. Are you using it as external monitor?

4. What is the full model of the monitor?

5. What display cable are you using?

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

LG L177ws

5. What display cable are you using?

VGA.

I´ll generate this generate System Support Utility (SSU) report.
