Non-manufacturer intergrated graphics driver in a laptop

Hi, as per the title, I would like to know if it will be safe to install the latest Intel UHD graphics drivers in my laptop which also has a discrete GPU.

I get this screen whenever i try to update to the latest Intel UHD graphics drivers

and here's the error log: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/520973321211346946/866382029805060106/IntelGFX.log

I am asking this because the last time the manufacturer of this laptop updated the Intel UHD graphics driver was on 19/3/2019 with the version V25.20.100.6446, which is very outdated

All in all, would it be safe using a workaround to install the new drivers? And if it is safe, could I please kindly get the method to do so?

Laptop specs:
Asus ROG Strix GL503GE
Intel i7-8750H
Nvidia GTX 1050ti Mobile
12GB RAM (4+8)
1TB SATA SSD + 128GB M.2 SSD
