Old graphics control center

Where could i find an older version of the graphics control panel? the new one doesn't have the display settings, but the system settings are very underdeveloped and uncustomizable. i really hope i get a solution to this

The Graphics Control Panel architecture was dropped when the transition to the DCH driver model occurred. The replacement is the Intel Graphics Command Center. As you've expressed, this puppy is certainly lacking a lot of features. Have you tried downloading the Intel Graphics Command Center (Beta) version? It is supposed to provide some of the missing features.
