On our WPF application we are seeing multiple crash on 12/03 from different windows systems and was wondering if there was any driver update / release that is causing the same.

What is the model number of your processor?

What version of Windows 10? 1903 (with all updates), or 1909?

What is the model number of your device/motherboard?

What driver version number?

Are you a laptop or desktop?

If laptop, do you have dual graphics?

If laptop, are you using the drivers provided by the laptop manufacturer for THEIR laptop?

Hello AMath25, You mentioned that you will update the case once you received more information, I just wanted to check if you already have that information and if the problem persists with the WPF application?

AMath25, Thank you very much for letting us know that information.

Just to let you know, we recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform.

I looked in HP's web site and the latest Intel® Graphics driver available for HP EliteBook 830 G6 is version 100.7324 Rev.W, please test that driver:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-elitebook-830-g6-notebook-pc/26609813/swItemId/ob-242133-1

I looked in Lenovo's web site for Lenovo 20L6SFH400, but there are no results showing, could you please confirm if that is the correct model of the computer?

Since both computers work with the Intel® UHD Graphics 620 controller, to try to fix this problem we can also test the Intel® Generic Graphics driver version 26.20.100.7463 to confirm if the behavior is the same with that driver:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29195/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=126789

Just to make sure, when you mentioned that the application that you are using is the WPF, is that the Windows Presentation Foundation?

Any questions, please let me know.

Alberto R.
