Hello wsmar,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® Communities.
What is your motherboard model?
Which cable connections are you using?
You can confirm the configuration for enabling three independent displays here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000025671/graphics-drivers.html

According to our information, you need at least one DisplayPort to set a 3 displays set up. Please, confirm this information here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000025673/graphics-drivers.html
At this stage, I recommend you to contact your computer manufacturer to check if they may have an alternative option to a 3 displays set up.
