i follow the instructions that you mentioned, but unfortunately still the problem exists I hope that we find a solution to finding appropriate definitions because I started to lose my credibility Intel products from having this problem and thank you for the speed of response

I recommend to contact the game's developer for the system requirements and any other patches you can install.

Also when it comes to freezing, it could be memory, operating system, or hard drive. I do recommend troubleshooting those components to narrow the problem.

Thank you to answer quickly, but I'm sure the hardware components completely and this is not the first device I had CORE I3 540 Fbl it did not face any problem except in the current device, so I think that the problem in the definitions of Intel and I hope that the company is to define and be the expectations customers always and thank you very much for your interest
