Hello,
I'm trying to connect my laptop to Philips 242e1 monitor via HDMI 2.0.
I'm also trying to connect via HDMI 1.4 and HDMI to DisplayPort.
My monitor shows "No video Input" with all three connector i'm used.
Can you help me?

Hello kurokocchi,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand you would like to connect your laptop to your monitor, however, it is not able to display.
I would like to check further on this matter and to continue please provide the following:
1. Have you tested a different monitor or TV?
2. Have you checked this configuration with Acer?
3. Was this monitor working before with your laptop?
4. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
