My motherboard is a DG31PR, it supports 64bits but when I go to install Windows 64bits it says that it does not support this version. Someone help me?

First of all, as a test, have you tried installing Windows 10 32-bit? I know that the BIOS supported 64-bit versions of Windows XP, Windows Vista and (unofficially) Windows 7, but I have no clue whether it would support Windows 10.

I use Windows 10 32bits but I study to be a programmer and there are programs that only run with 64bits or only update 64bits

I was afraid this would be the result. The specs for the board only list support up through Windows Vista. IDK why it doesn't work, but there's really not a lot you can do about it other than upgrade to something quite a bit newer.
Sorry,
