Currently, on 5K@60Hz (5120 × 2160) display mode, the standby power consumption of the A770 graphics card is still as high as over 40W. Please address this issue in subsequent drivers. Thanks.

It's not necessarily a problem to have high power consumption since there's no specific target for it. However, potential future updates to drivers and firmware could potentially improve the efficiency of the hardware's power usage.

Before we close the case, we would like to add that you could contact the motherboard manufacturer for ASPM options, as noted here. Active-state power management (ASPM) is a power management mechanism for PCI Express devices to garner power savings while otherwise in a fully active state. Currently, two low-power modes are specified by the PCI Express 2.0 specification: L0s and L1 modes.
