Poor Performance in New World Arc A770 16gb

I'm getting really bad performance in Amazon's New World. Lots of stutters and generally poor frame's. I have an Arc A770 with an AMD 3700x and resizable bar is enabled. I'm on DRIVER VERSION: 31.0.101.4826 Non-WHQ

To understand this issue in a better way, please answer the following questions:

• By Amazon's New World, did you mean that you bought the game on Amazon?
• In case we need to replicate this issue, to do it as accurately as possible, take screenshots of the game settings.
• To know your environment information, un, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
