Problem With 965 Express 15.12.4.1666

I recently downloaded the latest driver for the Intel 965 Express chipset. The default colors of it are really strange, and each time I turn my computer on and off, I have to reset them. Also, when I try to play a game in full screen, the colors will reset themselves. Is there a way I can change the default? Did I do something wrong when I installed it? Help!

Seems that driver is no longer available, only 1624, at least for Vista.
