Hello,
I have a problem with the Intel UHD 630 video card mounted on my DELL XPS 15 7590 laptop.
Specifically in the display of videos (you can see this in the attached file).
The second file where the video frame looks best is after uninstalling the video card drivers.
I have this problem even after installing the latest driver directly released by INTEL and not by DELL.
How can I solve the problem?

Use the driver(s) from dell. And, contact Dell for support of THEIR laptop.
