I have a problem with the graphics on the newly purchased computer, namely, he cannot see the integrated graphics Intel HD Graphics 610 and only displays the "basic graphics card from Microsoft" why ??? !!!

You do know that you can install Windows 10 for free using your Windows 8.1 license key, right? This has to be a from-scratch install (I do not think you can upgrade this way)
