Que tal a todos espero y logren ver este mensaje, bueno les cuento que tengo un problema con mi laptop pues la pantalla cada ves que deseo ver un video o trabajar en wor me tira pantallazos negros e investigando un poco puede llegar a saver que el problema era el adaptador de pantalla que en este caso es el Intel(R) HD Graphics 620. Pero al deshabilitar el adaptador ya funciona con normalidad pero se pierden las funciones como ajustar el brillo de pantalla y tambien para conectar otra pantalla ya no esta disponible esas dos opcines, ya lo resetees pero sigue igual.

Could you please confirm when did the issue start? Was there any hardware change or driver/operating system update that may have triggered this behavior?
As well, please perform a clean installation of the latest graphics drivers version 31.0.101.3790 (https://www.intel.la/content/www/xl/es/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html?countrylabel=Latin%20America&erpm_id=9841803_ts1673294875002) and let me know of the outcome.
