Alguém poderia me ajudar a solucionar este problema? No meu trabalho é fundamental trabalhamos com duas telas!!!!!

Hello, @HBorges

Thank you for the information provided.

Once again, please be informed that I can only support you in English. I have used a web translation tool to translate this response hence, there may be some inaccurate translation.

As the issue doesn't happen with a direct connection, this issue is related to the adapter you are using.

As previously explained, Intel does not support and/or recommend using any kind of adapters and cannot guarantee 3rd party products/adapters will work as expected.

You can verify this information published in this article: Using Video Cable Adapters, Splitters and/or Docking Stations in Computers not Manufactured by Intel

Does this issue happen with a direct connection (E.g. HDMI to HDMI)?

Atenciosamente,
