Problemas con gráficos limitados

Hola

A quien corresponda tengo un problema relacionado con un juego que dice que descargue sombreadores pero falla en ese instante y solo me deja en 23% de carga.

Anexo captura de datos y pido ayuda por que no puedo iniciar el juego de mortal kombat
