Si intento reinstalando desde el admin de dispositivos me dice que no se encontró el archivo MUI, si lo hago desde los instaladores de Intel dice que el sistema no es compatible, lo cual es erróneo, alguna solución de por que pasa esto?

Fraizz, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:
What is the model of the motherboard?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?
What is the model of the Intel® Processor?
Is this a new computer?
Were you able to properly install the Graphics driver before?
When did the issue start?
Which specific Windows* version are you using?
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Albert R.

Fraizz, You are very welcome, thank you very much for providing that information.
We always recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform. The Intel® Graphics drivers are generic, meaning the might or might not work with your system since they do not contain the customizations done by Acer to work with your computer.
I looked in Acer's web site and according to the information showing in there, the latest Intel® Graphics river is version: 10.18.15.4279, please try to install that driver since tha is the proper one for your laptop:

Also, I can see that there is an Nvidia driver available for your computer as well, by any chance do you know if your laptop is working with a dual Graphics configuration, meaning that work with both Intel® and Nvidia as Graphics controllers?
You can always check those details with Acer directly as well as verifying which is the Graphics driver that they recommend for your system:
