It is unlikely that you will be able to get this card to work. There are way more compatibility issues with AMD-based graphics cards, regardless of manufacturer, then there are with NVIDIA-based graphics cards. In fact, I have never heard of anyone successfully getting *any* modern AMD-based cards to work. I have successfully used an NVIDIA GTX 750ti in my DZ68ZV board, but nothing newer.
I would assert that, if you really need as powerful a graphics card as you say, then it is time to get a more-modern motherboard and processor as well. Your motherboard and processor are 11 years old now.
