Responding to replies to queries already posted

I recently posted the above query asking for advice and someone from Intel very kindly replied - but - when I try to reply using the reply feature at the bottom of the thread, the box marked Post Response does not activate and I cannot post my reply - can someone please advise as to how I posts my reply? does it have to be a minimum/maximum number of characters? https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/Intel-Graphics-Windows-DCH-Drivers-wanting-to-install-existing/m-p/1436879#M111791
