Hello. I own a Lenovo Thinkpad T540p. It's a great machine all around except when i try to play source games (CS:S, CS:GO) the screen starts flickering and image tearing. First i installed the latest drivers from the manufacturer (version 20.19.15.4963). It didnt work. Then i installed the latest drivers from this site (version 20.19.15.5058). Still didnt help.
The strange thing is when i enable VSync or windowed mode or antialiasing it works ok, but there is a noticable delay.
Also it works ok under debian
Hardware info is in attachment

Actually there are multiple versions of T540p. Mine has no Nvidia GPU, so installing the Nvidia driver would be useless therefore the game is running on Intel HD 4600 gpu.
