What is the BSOD error message you are seeing? I am curious about the reason for downloading the graphics driver. If you want to check whether the graphics driver is causing the issue, you can try downloading the generic graphics driver from this website:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html

This link will guide you on how to install the graphics driver:

The driver installer did not work for me it show's there was no any driver to install

If I explain my whole situation I had a hardware issue earlier in which my bios chip was defected I got it fixed and the problem arise after that fix,my laptop was working fine earlier with the same version of driver and windows but now my laptop works fine for some time and suddenly screen turns black and a blue screen error ,I also try to install a fresh windows but it did not work ,

I thought it could be because of bios setting so I also tried to restore setting to factory settings but nothing worked

Pleas try to help me

The BSOD error is, your PC ran into some problem we are collecting some information and restart your computer.

When the system restart a Dell support assistant windows open and start scanning all hardware when the scan is over and every thing is ok the system restart and again support assistant stars scanning my system I can't able to go on my desktop

If you need some information about my system just ask for it.

Here’s the link for the 6th gen processor that you can try. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/762755/intel-6th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html

But what is the exact stop code error you’re getting so we can check the exact issue. Also, have you try contacting dell about this issue?

This might be a hardware issue, as the issue persists even after reinstalling the system. Have you tried taking your system to a local shop or contacting dell for diagnosis? I recommend reaching out to them for further assistance, as the intel generic driver does not resolve the issue.

I gave it to the local shop where I had got my System repaired they said it was because of the boot sequence changed after that it was fixed and my system do not crash automatically after sometime of use

But when windows updates my display driver from Microsoft basic adaptor to Intel HD 520 my pc crash and can't be boot again so I need to reinstall windows and same thing happens again and again
