I have been using Intel Arc A750 LE for 5 months. When playing video games the computer stops working, screen goes black and restarts itself, giving no display output when the computer restarted. The games this happens are the games that requires gpu and cpu workload.
To replicate this this issue just play one of the games that is new and requires gpu and cpu workload for 1 hour or less and the computer suddenly crashes.
The things i tried to stop this:
-Downgraded to the older version where it didn't crash (Didn't work)
-Reseating RAM, GPU (Didn't work)
The driver version is 32.0.101.6325
I have a AOC G2260VWQ6 monitor 1920x1080 60 HZ
Before this i had an RX550 and didn't had these issues.

Hi, Vokan.
Thank you for posting in our Community and for the detailed information on the issue and the troubleshooting steps you've already tried. Some users have reported game crashes with Intel® Arc™ graphics, especially the A770 model, including DirectX errors, graphical issues, and specific game crashes. Since your system crashes and restarts under high GPU/CPU load, let’s dig a little deeper to figure out the cause:
- Do you see any error messages when the PC restarts (Event Viewer, BSOD, debug LEDs/beeps)?
- After restarting, does the display return automatically, or do you need to power cycle the PC?
- Have you checked if your PSU provides stable power under heavy load?
- Have you tested other Intel Arc driver versions besides 32.0.101.6325?
- Have you used DDU to fully remove and reinstall the GPU drivers?
I know it’s a lot of questions, but identifying the root cause sometimes takes a bit of digging.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.

--Do you see any error messages when the PC restarts (Event Viewer, BSOD, debug LEDs/beeps)?
-In event viewer it only says the system was restarted or shutdown incorrectly, about BSOD it did not give me that but i have crash logs.
--After restarting, does the display return automatically, or do you need to power cycle the PC?
-I need to power cycle in order to get display signals.
--Have you checked if your PSU provides stable power under heavy load?
-I have a 500W High Power 80+ PSU I did not test it for stable power.
--Have you tested other Intel Arc driver versions besides 32.0.101.6325?
-I tested all of the drivers in the Intel Arc Driver's site.
--Have you used DDU to fully remove and reinstall the GPU drivers?
-Yes I did use DDU to fully remove and reinstall GPU drivers.

Hello, Vokan.
I appreciate that detailed information on the issue you're experiencing with your Intel Arc A750 LE. Based on the symptoms and steps you've already taken, here are my recommendations moving forward:
- Since you need to power cycle to restore display signals, this could point to a potential issue with GPU initialization or power delivery. Check if the black screen is caused by GPU overheating.
- Use Alt+O to open Arc Performance Overlay after opening games to confirm that the GPU does not exceed 90°C.
- If the GPU temperature exceeds 90°C, refer to Intel® Arc™ Card Fan Speed Stuck at 1200 RPMs When Using Overclocking Feature in Intel® Arc™ Control.
- I understand that you've already tested multiple versions of the Intel Arc drivers, but I recommend trying a clean installation of the Intel® Graphics Driver.
- Use Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU) to completely uninstall all graphics card drivers: How to use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to uninstall Intel® Graphics Driver.
- Manually install the latest version of the graphics driver: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - WHQL - Windows*. Please note that we have a new and latest Intel Arc graphics driver version, 32.0.101.6653, which includes fixes for game crashing issues. Once you've completed the steps, kindly share the SSU report/logs of your system again. If possible, also include screenshots or a video capturing the issue.
- If possible, change the render API for the game
- Go to the game settings located in-game (steps may vary per game).
- Go to video settings.
- Go to Render API
- Choose Vulkan or Direct3D11 instead of Direct3D9.
- Apply and restart the game.
Additionally, you can also refer to our article outlining the troubleshooting steps here: Screen Turns Black a Few Minutes after Playing Game with Intel® Arc™ Graphics
Please let me know the result.

Hello, Matthew21.
Thank you for the update. Since your GPU temperatures are within a safe range and reinstalling the latest driver didn’t resolve the issue, we’ll need to investigate further. I’ll need to conduct additional research on this issue and will post an update in this thread once I have more information about this matter.
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello, Matthew21
Thank you for your continued cooperation. To help me further isolate the root cause of the issue you're experiencing, could you please provide the following details:
- Which specific game(s) are triggering the black screen or crashes?
- Have you tested the system with a different monitor to rule out display-related factors?
- What type of video connection are you currently using (e.g., HDMI, DisplayPort)?
- Additionally, your system is currently running BIOS version F66. We recommend updating to the latest version, F67g, as it may include critical stability improvements. You can find the update on your motherboard manufacturer’s support page.
Once I have this information, I’ll be better positioned to guide you with next steps.
Best regards,
Von M.
