Shift laptop internal screen position

how can I shift the screen in 4 directions like on some external monitors?

Windows 10

Intel HD 3000

Generic laptop display

Windows 10 is not supported on systems with 2nd gen processors. Intel does not provide Intel HD Graphics 3000 drivers for Windows 10. You are likely running on the Microsoft Compatibility driver and I do not believe that this driver provides this capability.
