I use an Intel Arc A770 graphics card. A week ago I updated the graphics driver to the latest version. Since then I have been having problems with the game Big Ambitions. Whenever I try to get into a car that belongs to me in the game Big Ambitions, the screen goes black. The music plays for another 2 seconds and then the computer is forced to restart.
When I drive a taxi or do other things in the game, everything is fine. Only when I get into one of my own cars does my computer restart. I have also already performed a driver cleanup and reinstalled the game. But the problem seems to be the new graphics driver from Intel. What can I do?

Thank you for posting in the community, to further investigate this I want to set your expectation that I will be asking you some questions to narrow down the best possible resolution to this issue. Please answer the following questions below:
- What graphics driver version you are currently using on your Arc A770?
- Can you tell me if this is the first time happen or has this been going on before?
- If this is the first time it happen, can you tell me does this happen after a driver update or Windows update?
- Have you tried rolling back to previous graphics driver?
This questions will help me analyze more about your situation, I am looking forward hearing back from you.

I had used the latest driver version, version 32.0.101.5972. I had only installed this driver a few days before. It was only after installing this driver that I had these problems in the computer game.
The last update of Windows 11 was 2 weeks before. During this time I had played this computer game several times without any problems.
The problems only arose when I played again for the first time after the Intel Arc update. From then on, my computer was always forced to restart when I got into one of my cars in the computer game Big Ambitions to drive it. In all other situations in this game there were no problems.
The first few times I was able to drive the car for a few seconds before my computer was forced to restart. Later, immediately after getting in.
I uninstalled graphics drivers several times and also uninstalled Windows updates. The problems remained.
Now I'm using driver version 31.0.101.5522 .
The computer game now works normally again.
At the same time, I also improved the cooling of my m.2 SSD. So I'm not quite sure what the problem was. Either the graphics card or the m.2 SSD was too warm, or both.

Could you send another SSU logs for me, this time can you send the text file? Also, while at it can you include replying the link of your game so we can download it, and the game setting you are currently using. Lastly, please share the CapFrameX data so we can review it.

Hi Stefan8,
It seems again that the CapframeX data is not how it should be, could you please re-try doing the CapframeX using this instructions:
Capturing the Performance Data:
- Open CapframeX and do NOT minimize or close it.
- Open the game and go to the part of the game you need to be to reproduce the issue. You should see the RTSS overlay in the top left corner of your screen, with the status "<game name> ready to capture…".
- Press F11 to start capturing data and reproduce the issue. The Status in the overlay will change to "Recording frametimes XX s".
- Once you have reproduced the issue, press F11 to finish the data capturing. The Status in the overlay will change to "Processing data".
- Back to CapFrameX, you can find all the data captures in the left panel of the Analysis tab. Clicking any one of these captures will display the results on the right.
- To export the data captured as a JSON file, right click the capture and click on "Copy/paste recording file(s)".
