Site in half-English half-Japanese?! Sometimes logged in, sometimes not...

Someone can explain? Ideally, someone can fix that asap?

 

I'm in Japan but I've never specified I want to be redirected automatically on the Japanese website, and clearly not with half translated content.

 

There is a serious problem with Intel's website, I'm supposed to be logged in (previous screenshot), if I click on any link above:

Not logged in?!?!

Also, the website has lots of bugs regarding the login status.

Example: It asks me to login but as you see top-right, I'm already logged in.

Clicking on "Sign in/Register" redirects me to a white page that never loads.
