Support concerning an Intel Media SDK hardware issue

Hi,

If I run the sample_encode.exe program with -sw (software encoding) option, then the raw video gets encoded correctly. If, the same program is run with -hw option (hardware encoding), then the generated H264 stream is corrupt.

Anyone know how to proceed about it? Is this the right forum, to begin with?

Intel Media SDK v5.14.12.1
