TV-out through D845GERG2 onboard graphics

Does anyone know if the onboard D845GE chipset allows for TV-out through the VGA port with a VGA to s-video adapter? If so, anyone have any idea how to enable this in Linux (specifically Jaunty Ubuntu, but anything in the Gnome or Debian families will probably be close enough )
