The available driver package for the Core i3-8100, which has Intel UHD Graphics 630, is available here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28566/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=126790.

Now, this is a DCH driver package. An issue with the DCH driver packages is that they do not have the ability to uninstall earlier, non-DCH driver packages. This must be done manually by the user. The process is as follows:

1. Download the DCH driver package and place it on your system drive (your desktop is fine).
2. Disconnect your PC from the Internet. Unplug your Ethernet cable and/or disable Wireless.
3. From the Apps and Features applet, uninstall the existing Intel Graphics Driver package.
4. Reboot (leaving Internet disconnected).
5. Invoke and install the DCH Driver package that you downloaded in step 1.
6. Reboot.
7. Reconnect PC to Internet.
8. From the Microsoft Store applet, select and download/install the Intel Graphics Control Panel app.
